Chef Bill of The Club Tavern & Grill

Chef Bill Pepping’s 30 years of food service and experience at The Club Tavern & Grill equips him to lead our culinary team. He oversees all aspects of food creation at The Club, including all
menu items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers, dessert as well as banquets, buffets and a la carte menus.

“I enjoy working at the The Club because of our large menu and freedom to create new entrées and dishes. We change up our menu seasonally, create our soups from scratch and only serve
100% Certified Angus Beef for our burgers. In our kitchen, we strive to purchase the freshest ingredients. Quality food is at the heart of all great cooking”.

In his spare time, he loves to watch sports, especially when it comes to his beloved Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to sports and music trivia.

Don’t be surprised if you catch him listing to the Blues, especially Joe Bonamassa. He and his wife have made several trips to see him in concert.

Chef Bill is originally from Moline, Illinois and has lived in Bozeman since 1989. Being at The Club since 1990, the customers and staff have truly become family. When asked what his favorite thing on the menu is, he couldn’t pick just one entrée. Both the Chicken Fried Steak and the Jameson Tenderloin are on his list of favorites.
