10 New Menu Items At The Club Tavern & Grill

As the holidays approach, it’s the time of year families and friends gather together to indulge in delicious food and drinks. It’s also the time of year Chef Bill and the team at The Club Tavern & Grill come up with new seasonal menu items, creative dishes and the best part, the food tastings to see what new items will make the menu.

Check out what’s coming out of our kitchen! Here are the 10 new menu items you can try at The Club:

Breakfast Sandwich

made with flank steak, over-hard egg, swiss cheese, tomato, guacamole, toasted sourdough and served with fresh fruit.

If you’re stopping in for appetizers and drinks, be sure to try one of our popular new appetizers. We’ve added three new ones including:

Black and Blue Bruschetta

with blackened flank steak, blue cheese crumbles, marinated tomatoes, spring mix, balsamic reduction drizzle served on grilled crostinis.

Risotto Croquets

with three croquets, roasted red pepper, garlic parmesan, onion, risotto, deep fried and served with basil pesto dipping sauce.

Bison Stuffed Wontons

including six deep fried wontons stuffed with ground bison, parmesan, cream cheese, garlic shallots and basil with a side of Pomodoro sauce.

For a heartier meal, we’ve added a new sandwich, salad and burger to the lunch and dinner menu:

Italian Submarine Sandwich

with ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone, tomato pepperoncini, red onion, lettuce, Italian dressing on French bread with your choice of side.

Gouda Burger

a ½ lb Certified Angus Beef hand pattied with roasted red peppers, gouda cheese, smoky garlic aioli.

Red Hot Chicken Salad

served with four buffalo style boneless ‘Club’ wings , carrots, celery, blue cheese crumbles and blue cheese dressing.

On the dinner menu, we’ve added three new delicious entrées including:

Butternut Squash Pasta

with creamy bison Pomodoro sauce, onions, green and red peppers, served on shredded butternut squash. This dish is gluten-free and perfect on a cold, winter day.

Togarashi Ahi Tuna

a 6oz Shichimi togarashi crusted and seared rare Ahi Tuna. Served with Asian seasoned cole slaw, soy sauce, wasabi and a lime wedge.

Italian Sausage Lasagna

our five layer lasagna, mozzarella, ricotta, spinach, Italian sausage, chunky tomato sauce topped with parmesan and basil served with delicious garlic bread.
